Transposition of Antennas

Imagem3.png

Hispamar used to host their antennas and equipment on an outsourced Teleport.
As part of their strategy, Hispamar chose to have their own Teleport. The project consisted of disassembly of equipment and antennas, transport, preparation of the infrastructure for the new teleport, subsequent reinstallation and integrated testing of the entire environment. There were many challenges, especially how to put the antennas of more than 10 years of use in their irradiation diagram after the reassembly. MASTER, which was selected by a process that involved Hispamar in Brazil and also their parent company in Spain - Hispasat, developed an advanced process using photogrammetry before disassembly and after reassembly so that the antennas would have the same behavior. The project was a success, in addition to the services already mentioned, MASTER revitalized the antennas with the replacement of mechanical parts, bearings, resolvers, horn protection, coaxial and control cables, waveguide, painting and complete lubrication. All equipment was configured, calibrated, adjusted and the new certification of the antennas was done based on Anatel's requirements.
